At Harps on the hill, every harp is carefully inspected, tuned, and prepared before leaving our shop to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Because each instrument is unique and often made to order, we do not accept returns on harps once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure your harp arrives safely. In the rare event that your instrument arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@harp.ca within 7 days of delivery.
To process your exchange:
- Provide your order number and photos or a brief video showing the issue.
- Our team will assess the condition and confirm eligibility for exchange.
- If approved, we will arrange an in-store exchange or provide further instructions.
Please note that exchanges are only accepted for defective products and must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Only new or like-new instruments are eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are available for defective items only.
- In-store exchange only; we do not accept returns or exchanges by mail or drop-off points.
- The instrument must not show signs of wear, modification, or misuse.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom-built or special-order harps are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of verified defects.
